Building on Success...
eTracker5 is a product of J.W. Toups, Inc. and was developed as result of the success of our Pocket Toolbox concepts. We have created a small Pocket ToolBox for employees that allows them to keep information and mental tools accessible at the time of need in their back pocket. We have applied this approach to safety processes, technical information, skill development and mentor programs. As a result of putting behavior-based safety observation cards and audit tools in the back pockets of the workforce, more behavior observations and audits are being done.
While of great benefit, it has presented the challenge of getting feedback to the employees in a timely manner. The employees need to see these tools as ones of empowerment and control. When employees see a delay, they feel a lack of trust in management's commitment, and their effort wanes, this jeopardizes the entire process. Once the trust is lost, it becomes very difficult to reestablish.

We custom-design our scanning system around your current forms, and we can provide the information back to you in Excel with an export function into Access. Should you need customization where the information is downloaded directly into your existing database, those services can also be offered.
